According to the Federal Register on April 3rd, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will adopt new airworthiness directives (AD) for certain Boeing 767 aircraft. The cause of this airworthiness directive was reported to have cracks in the skin and load-bearing belt of the forward cabin door and front maintenance door. This AD requires repeated inspection of cracks in the affected area and appropriate handling measures to be taken. The FAA has released this AD to address the unsafe conditions of these products.
