Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Wei Wei) On December 24th, it was reported that Huya recently disclosed its acquisition target as apkpure, an overseas application store under Tencent. According to the announcement, Huya will acquire 100% equity of a global mobile application service provider from Tencent for a total cash consideration of $81 million, and the subsequent acquisition price may be adjusted according to convention. Tencent did not respond to this, and relevant personnel from Huya stated that the announcement shall prevail.
