Beike: Signed a cloud service and technology service framework agreement with Tencent Computer

On December 11th, Beike announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has entered into a cloud service and technology service framework agreement with Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. The period is three years from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027. According to the New Cloud Services and Technology Services Framework Agreement, Tencent Computer (for itself and on behalf of the relevant Tencent Group) provides cloud services and other technology services to the Group.
Tencent Computer is a merged affiliated entity of Tencent, one of the major shareholders of the company, and therefore a related party of the company.
