On January 12th, Delta Air Lines announced an agreement with Airbus to purchase 20 A350-1000 aircraft, with the option to purchase an additional 20 wide body aircraft. These aircraft are scheduled to be delivered starting in 2026. Delta Air Lines also announced a service agreement with Rolls Royce to provide services for its Trent XWB-97 engine.
