On December 31st, the eighth batch of land auctions for 2024 in Shanghai entered its second day. In the on-site bidding for the 17-02 plot of Unit 10 in Fengxian New City, Fengxian District, Beike won the bid for 697.15 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 22777 yuan/square meter and a premium rate of 13.89%.
Public information shows that Beike has previously successfully acquired land in Xi'an and Chengdu, and this is Beike's first successful land grab in Shanghai.
