On July 31st, Delta Air Lines hired "Wall Street's ace lawyer" David Boies to demand compensation from CrowdStrike and Microsoft for their losses. On July 19th, a software update from CrowdStrike caused a historic interruption in Microsoft systems, resulting in many industries' systems going offline.
