On December 27th, NIO announced on its official website that it has completed a strategic equity investment of $2.2 billion from investment entity CYVN Investments RSC Ltd (CYVN) headquartered in Abu Dhabi, announced on December 18th, 2023. With the completion of a strategic equity investment of $2.2 billion, CYVN jointly holds approximately 20.1% of the total issued and outstanding shares of the company.
