Tobacco giant Altria Group announced on March 13th that it plans to sell over $2.2 billion worth of 35 million AB InBev shares through a secondary issuance of American Depositary Receipts in the United States and private placements in Europe and the United Kingdom.
Ochia currently holds approximately 10% of the shares in AB InBev, holding nearly 197 million shares.
