On March 6th, sources informed that Paramount Global is in talks to sell its stake in Indian media company Viacom18 to India's largest private group, Reliance Industries.
It is estimated that selling Viacom18's shares could bring up to $550 million in revenue to Paramount, to reduce debt. (Bloomberg)
