On the evening of February 19th, Zhihu W announced that due to job adjustments, Sha Dachuan has resigned from his position as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited and Section 786 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, and has been appointed as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Wang Han has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer.
