TSMC's development of SOT-MRAM array chips has a power consumption of only 1% of similar technologies. In the next generation of MRAM memory related technologies, TSMC has achieved great success by collaborating with its research institute to develop spin orbit torque magnetic memory (SOT-MRAM) array chips, which, combined with innovative computing architectures, have a power consumption of only 1% of other similar technologies. TSMC has successfully developed MRAM product lines related to processes such as 22 nanometers and 16/12 nanometers, and holds market orders for memory, automotive, and other products to seize MRAM opportunities.
