On December 18th, NIO announced that it had signed a new round of share subscription agreement with Abu Dhabi investment firm CYVN Holdings. CYVN Holdings, through its subsidiary CYVN Investments, will make a total strategic investment of approximately $2.2 billion in cash to NIO. "After the completion of this investment, NIO and CYVN Holdings will continue to jointly carry out strategic and technological cooperation in the international market," NIO said.
