According to the China Trade Remedies Information Network, on December 13th, Ericsson of Sweden filed an application with the US International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act, alleging that certain electronic computing devices, components, and modules (Certain Electronic Computing Devices, and Components and Modules Thereof) exported, imported, and sold to the United States violated US Section 337.
Lenovo (USA), Lenovo Group, Lenovo (Shanghai) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Lenovo (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Lenovo China Hong Kong Co., Ltd., and Lenovo Information Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. are listed as defendants.
