On November 6th, Fang Ying, President of Ericsson China, told Beijing News Shell Finance reporters at the CIIE that "this year marks Ericsson's seventh consecutive year participating in the CIIE. The CIIE provides a platform for companies from different countries and regions around the world to strengthen communication, cooperation, and share innovative achievements. Here, we see excellent enterprises from China and around the world working together to promote the prosperity and development of many industries worldwide, including technology. We look forward to showcasing Ericsson's cutting-edge concepts and advanced 5G and 5G-A technology capabilities through this CIIE, as well as further strengthening interaction with our customers and partners to explore new development opportunities. The sentence is:.
At the CIIE, Ericsson showcased a series of innovative 5G-A technologies that empower programmable networks. Among them, Ericsson's Wireless Network Intelligence Platform (EIAP) can achieve L4 level automation defined by TMF's self intelligence network through intention driven, and stimulate the development and innovation of wireless intelligent applications (rAPP) using open architecture and ecosystems. In addition, Ericsson also showcased multiple product portfolios that incorporate AI and intent driven technologies, such as end-to-end network orchestration and assurance, wireless, core network, and operations services.
Fang Ying stated that advanced connectivity technologies represented by 5G are the new quality productivity in the field of communication. With Ericsson's continuous evolution of 5G networks towards high-performance programmable networks, it will further promote the development of new quality productivity. High performance programmable networks are a goal of upgrading the quality of 5G networks, and they are called "new quality networks". Programmable networks rely on differentiated connections, AI empowerment and intent driven, and open network capabilities to create and unleash "new quality value", making networks more flexible, intelligent, and open, thus effectively addressing the two major challenges faced by 5G mentioned earlier.
