Southern Finance, December 8th - UBS Group announced in a statement on December 7th that its board of directors today approved the merger of UBS Group AG and Credit Suisse Group AG, following the merger of their two holding companies in June. With the approval of their respective boards of directors, the two companies have signed a final merger agreement.
