TSMC's 3-nanometer GAA process technology has been launched for over a year, but the wafer yield is still not ideal. Industry reports indicate that Qualcomm's next-generation processor Snapdragon 8 Gen4 will cancel TSMC and Samsung's dual contract manufacturing strategy and be exclusively manufactured by TSMC. The legal entity estimates that customers such as Qualcomm and NVIDIA are vying to introduce, and TSMC's monthly production capacity of the 3-nanometer family (including N3E) is expected to soar to 100000 pieces in the second half of next year.
