If a seller opens a store of the same brand on Temu, they will receive a "choose one" warning letter.
Regarding this, Amazon stated that the claim that Amazon requires sellers to exclusively sell on the Amazon marketplace is not factual. Sellers can independently decide their sales strategies and set product prices on the Amazon marketplace and other sales channels.
