On December 6th local time, Supermicro Computer announced that Nasdaq had approved the company's request to postpone the submission of financial reports. This exception allows the company to submit its 10-K annual report as of June 30, 2024 and its 10-Q quarterly report as of September 30, 2024 before February 25, 2025. During the exception period, the company's common stock will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The company currently expects to submit all necessary reports before February 25, 2025.
