Stellantis Group announced in a statement on December 2nd that executives, including Antonio Filosa, the head of North America, have joined a committee to replace the ousted CEO Carlos Tavares. The team will be led by Chairman John Elkann and will be responsible for the company's decision-making until a new CEO is found. The members also include Maxime Picat, the procurement manager, and Doug Ostermann, the CFO.
