Alibaba announced the pricing of $2.65 billion USD denominated senior unsecured notes and RMB 17 billion RMB denominated senior unsecured notes. The issuance of US dollar bonds is expected to end on November 26, 2024; The issuance of RMB bonds is expected to end on November 28, 2024. The net proceeds raised will be used for general company purposes, including repaying overseas debts and repurchasing shares.
