The statement stated that compensation will be provided to the affected fans.
1. Refund processing: For users who make duplicate purchases, the amount of the duplicate purchase will be refunded.
2. Compensation for Rights and Interests: Users whose rights and interests are damaged during the malfunction period will be compensated with a viewing voucher to their account, inviting them to watch the match between the Chinese national team and Japan on the 19th for free and cheer for the Chinese national team.
3. Repeated redemption: Sports members who have redeemed their tickets repeatedly have returned the redeemed tickets to their account.
