Nokia announced on June 27th that it has signed a put option to sell Alcatel Submarine Network (ASN) to the French government, represented by the French National Participation Agency (APE), for a corporate value of 350 million euros. Nokia will retain 20% of its shares and send representatives to the board of directors to ensure a smooth transition until the target exit is achieved.
