According to CCTV International News, on the evening of June 5th local time, an Air Canada Boeing 777 aircraft flying from Toronto, Canada to Paris, France, had its right engine burning during takeoff. 30 minutes after takeoff, the aircraft returned to Toronto Pearson International Airport, and the incident did not cause any casualties. Experts suggest that the cause of the accident was a stall of the aircraft's engine compressor. Air Canada issued a statement on the incident on the 7th stating that the aircraft will cease service and be further evaluated by maintenance and engineering professionals.
