On the morning of November 20th, Alibaba announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it would price $2.65 billion in US dollar denominated senior unsecured notes and RMB 17 billion in RMB denominated senior unsecured notes.
Among them, the issuance of US dollar bonds is expected to end on November 26, 2024; The issuance of RMB bonds is expected to end on November 28, 2024. The net proceeds raised will be used for general company purposes, including repaying overseas debts and repurchasing shares.
