On October 26th, the Ukrainian State News Agency reported that the Ukrainian State Bank stated that the Ukrainian State Budget Bureau has raised Ukraine's real gross domestic product (GDP) growth forecast for 2023 from 2.9% to 4.9%, mainly due to improved consumption by businesses and households, as well as the expansion of alternative export routes and increased budget expenditures.
