According to market research firm Counterpoint, Apple's iPhone sales in China declined by 19% in the first quarter, marking the worst quarterly performance since 2020. Apple's ranking in the fiercely competitive Chinese market has dropped to third, roughly equivalent to Huawei's. The entire market grew by about 1.5%, with local brands such as Honor and Xiaomi leading the way in growth.
