Analysis firm TechInsights released a summary of TSMC's revenue for the first quarter of 2024, stating that TSMC's 3nm and 5nm technologies are expected to have strong demand in the next quarter; In US dollars, TSMC's annual revenue is expected to increase by around 20% (in the middle and low digits) in 2024; In the next five years, TSMC's server AI processor revenue is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 50%, and will increase to over 20% of its total revenue by 2028.
