The launch of Xiaomi SU7 has triggered a chain reaction, leading to a new round of price reductions for domestic new energy vehicles.
Xiaopeng Motors announced today that the 2024 Xiaopeng G9 will receive a purchase subsidy discount, starting from 243900 yuan for current vehicles after the subsidy. The Wenjie New M7 was also announced for price adjustment today. According to the Hongmeng Zhixing App, the entry-level model of the Wenjie New M7 has been adjusted to 229800 yuan, a decrease of 20000 yuan.
NIO did not directly lower its price, but instead introduced a replacement subsidy. Starting today, gasoline car users who replace NIO's 2024 new car will receive an additional 10000 yuan in optional equipment fund subsidies.
However, Tesla has chosen to raise prices today. According to Tesla China's official website, the Model Y series has increased by 5000 yuan, with a starting price of 263900 yuan. In the North American market, Model Y has also increased its price by $1000 starting from April 1st.
