On March 13th local time, UK chip designer Arm announced for the first time its high-performance "Neoverse" grade chip design for automotive applications (typically used in data centers), as well as a new system for automotive manufacturers and their suppliers. It is reported that the company has introduced ARM architecture based technology into the automotive field for the first time, and its first computing subsystem (CSS) for automobiles is expected to be delivered in 2025, which can shorten the automotive development cycle by up to two years.
