Recently, Lexin is carrying out the "Consumer Protection Warm Season" activity, focusing on four aspects: institutional construction, product functions, user experience, and financial literacy cultivation, to provide financial consumers with warm consumer protection services and further protect consumer rights.
The reporter learned from the Lexin Consumer Protection Center that in the past few years, Lexin has attached great importance to the construction of a long-term mechanism for consumer protection. In 2022, Lexin launched a "5S protection system" for consumer protection, which comprehensively strengthens consumer rights protection in areas such as data security, anti fraud protection, standard services, intelligent customer service, and cracking down on financial black industries. On the basis of the "5S protection system", the company launched its self-developed content security audit system this year, achieving privacy compliance and automated security inspections, identifying potential risk links, and improving them from five aspects: page process, copywriting promotion, agreement content, customer consultation and complaint response, to protect consumers' right to information and independent choice, and ensure that services and products are more transparent, clear, and convenient.
