The UK regulatory authorities have begun investigating Qualcomm's acquisition of Autotalks. The UK Competition and Market Authority (CMA) issued a statement on February 27th, announcing the start of an investigation into Qualcomm's acquisition of Autotalks. The deadline for the first phase is April 25th. Last May, Qualcomm announced that its subsidiary Qualcomm Technologies had reached a final agreement to acquire Autotalks. Autotalks is a fabless semiconductor company dedicated to V2X communication.
