On February 1st, local time in the United States, Meta's post market financial report showed that the company's net profit for the fourth quarter of 2023 was 14 billion US dollars, an increase of more than twice year-on-year.
Meanwhile, Meta announced that it will distribute a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share to shareholders registered before the close of February 22 on March 26, marking its first quarterly dividend in history. The company also announced a $50 billion stock repurchase plan.
