On January 26th, Amazon officially announced that Amazon China (Amazon. cn) computer services will be officially closed tomorrow, and users will not be able to place orders and shop through the computer website at that time. Amazon also announced that it will launch a new version of the "Amazon Shopping" app on January 27th. Customers can upgrade to the current version of the app or download the new version, or experience the new shopping function through the Amazon Overseas Shopping WeChat mini program.
Meanwhile, starting from January 27th, the official Prime membership service will no longer be available, and users will automatically receive membership fees corresponding to the remaining months of their membership period before February 3rd.

On July 18, 2019, Amazon stopped providing seller services to third-party sellers on the Amazon China website, and the biggest concern was Amazon's cessation of Kindle e-book operations in China on June 30, 2023.
