航运官员称，上个月，壳牌租用的一艘运输印度飞机燃料的油轮在红海遭到无人机袭击，并受到胡塞武装船只的骚扰。据悉，壳牌上周采取行动暂停所有通过红海的运输，因担心成功的袭击将导致该地区发生大规模原油外泄事件，并对船员的安全带来风险。（《华尔街日报》）
