According to Taiwan's Economic Daily, on November 14th, TSMC held a board meeting and approved the distribution of a cash dividend of NT $3.50 per share for the third quarter of 2023. The benchmark date for the distribution of common stock dividends was set at March 24, 2024, and the ex dividend trading date was set at March 18, 2024; The approved capital budget is approximately 4.342 billion US dollars, including the establishment of advanced process production capacity; Establish advanced packaging, mature and special process production capacity; 2024 R&D capital budget and recurrent capital budget; Capitalize leased assets in 2024.
