出让信息显示,该地块毗邻上海轨交5号线南延伸奉贤新城站,用地总面积15304平方米,容积率2.0,起始价约6.12亿元。
值得一提的是,该地块的竞得方贝好家成立于2023年,其定位并非传统开发商,而是数据驱动型住宅开发服务平台。此次是贝好家首次亮相上海,也是其首次在一线城市“拍地”。据贝好家方面介绍,该项目初步定位刚需、刚改属性,将全程由贝好家自主操盘。
贝壳集团副董事长、贝好家首席执行官徐万刚表示:“上海奉贤新城项目是继成都金三H12地块项目之后,贝好家的第二个自主操盘项目,我们希望由此进一步验证C2M(从消费者到制造者)产品解决方案在不同城市、面向不同人群需求的落地能力。”
据悉,2025年,贝好家将重点在北京、上海、广州、成都、西安、杭州、南京、武汉等十余个城市开展业务。
