Thousands of Amazon workers will leave their jobs on the morning of December 19th Eastern Time, and unions say the retailer failed to sit at the negotiating table. The International Brotherhood of Truck Drivers announced that union workers from factories in New York City, Scrooge, Illinois, Atlanta, San Francisco, and southern California will join the vigil to seek contracts that guarantee better wages and working conditions.
