According to the terms, Berkshire Hathaway, a subsidiary of Warren Buffett, raised 281.8 billion yen ($1.9 billion) in a seven issue yen bond transaction. The term sheet shows that the bond terms are 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years, 20 years, 28 years, and 30 years, respectively. Among them, the 3-year bond has the largest scale, raising a total of 155.4 billion yen, ahead of the 5-year bond that raised 58 billion yen. (Reuters)
