According to industry reports, TSMC is expanding its SoIC production capacity to 4000-5000 pieces by the end of this year. Due to strong demand from its four major customers, TSMC is also making every effort to expand its SoIC production capacity. By the end of this year, the production capacity will jump from about 2000 pieces at the end of 2023 to 4000-5000 pieces, with a chance to reach over 8000 pieces by 2025 and double again by 2026 to meet the strong demand for AI and HPC in the future.
