野村预计到年底前将在迪拜增聘3-4名客户经理，目前的人数为10人。该公司还计划未来两年聘用30-35名银行家，并在香港和新加坡平均分配这些人员，目前这两地分别有大约50名和40名银行家。
Ravi Raju表示，野村有信心到明年在日本以外地区实现财富资产规模达到350亿美元的目标。（路透）
