根据公告，张俊杰原名张军，现年29岁。张俊杰于2017年6月创立霸王茶姬品牌，目前担任Chagee Holdings Limited董事长兼首席执行官。张俊杰已与海底捞订立委任函，自即日起计为期三年，且有权收取120万元年薪。
海底捞强调，张俊杰与公司及其附属企业无任何财务或其他利益关系，与公司核心关联人也无关联，并且在被任命时，不存在可能影响其独立性的其他因素。
