Toyota's operating profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 is lower than estimated. Toyota's net profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 was 1.33 trillion yen, a year-on-year increase of 1.7%, with an estimated 1.19 trillion yen; Operating profit of 1.31 trillion yen, a year-on-year increase of 17%, estimated at 1.32 trillion yen. Toyota still predicts global car sales of 10.95 million units for the whole year.
