UBS Group has appointed Hu Zhiling, former CEO of Credit Suisse in China, as Vice Chairman of UBS's securities joint venture in China. According to a memo, Hu Zhiling, who has been serving at Credit Suisse for over 20 years, took office on Thursday. A UBS spokesperson confirmed the contents of the memorandum. (Bloomberg)
