On May 17th, Pete Distad, CEO of a sports streaming joint venture formed by Walt Disney, Warner Bros. Exploration, and Fox, announced that the streaming service will be called Venu Sports and is expected to be launched in the fall of this year.
Fox CEO Lackland Murdoch stated in March this year that it is expected that this streaming service will have 5 million users in the first five years after its launch.
