徐孟雷介绍,晶科能源选择TOPCon作为钙钛矿叠层的底电池。相关技术积累上,晶科高性能N型TOPCon底电池保证了钙钛矿/TOPCon叠层电池对底电池的高开路电压(Voc)需求。采用钙钛矿钝化提升技术和复合层优化,公司开发了高效双端钙钛矿/TOPCon电池成套工艺,最高认证效率达到32.33%。钙钛矿/TOPCon叠层电池展现出良好的光、热稳定性。TOPCon电池高温稳定性优异,为中间复合层及钙钛矿顶电池材料选择及工艺开发提供了更宽的窗口。
