Alibaba: Logistics subsidiary Cainiao has withdrawn its initial public offering and listing application on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. At the same time, Alibaba Group plans to make an offer to minority shareholders (including employees) of Cainiao to sell all of its issued shares of Cainiao to Alibaba Group at a price of $0.62 per share, for a total consideration of up to $3.75 billion.
