Dell Technology announced in a document submitted on March 25th that as part of broader cost cutting measures, the company has reduced its workforce, including restrictions on external recruitment and employee restructuring. As of February 2, 2024, Dell has nearly 120000 employees, down from approximately 126000 a year ago.
