Google has agreed to pay $350 million to resolve a personal data breach lawsuit. Alphabet's Google has agreed to pay $350 million to resolve a lawsuit filed by the Rhode Island government over its former social network Google Plus personal data breach. Before the company discovered the data breach in 2018, the data of millions of Google Plus users had been exposed to external developers.
