On January 16th local time, Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway announced that the Haslam family had sold the remaining 20% equity of Pilot Travel Centers to the largest travel service center operator in North America. The company stated that the sale will take effect immediately and currently holds 100% of the shares in Pilot Travel Centers. Pilot Travel Centers is the largest travel center operator in North America, with over 750 Pilot and Flying J brand stores under its umbrella.
