According to Taiwan's Economic Daily, it is rumored in the market that TSMC's capital expenditure may decrease to $28 billion to $30 billion next year, a decrease of 6.3% to 12.5% compared to this year, as some process machines and equipment can be shared, and some deferred budgets will be used this year.
